PinGuessr is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment and educational purposes. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use automated tools to interact with it.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Scores are generated through normal gameplay. Attempting to manipulate scores through exploits or automation is prohibited and may result in account removal.
The PinGuessr name, logo, and codebase are the property of PinGuessr. Event data is sourced from Wikidata under open licenses. Map rendering is provided by Mapbox.
PinGuessr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of all event data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PinGuessr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of PinGuessr after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
